Tickets, Checklists, Tasks
Tickets, checklists and tasks will bring your idea to life one step at a time. Tickets are big tasks that can be added to milestones, divided into smaller tasks and discussed. Checklists are similar, but they do not support comments and attachments. Instead, they behave more like good old todo lists.

Workflow has a number of tools that save your time. Create project templates, easily reschedule milestones and tasks, quickly add new tasks and discussions and more.
Mobile
When you are away from your computer, you can use your mobile phone to access Workflow. It will automatically detect that you are using a mobile device and serve content optimized for smaller screens and less bandwidth.
Project Files
People working on a project can upload unlimited number of related files. Project members will be able to download and discuss uploaded files. Using visibility property, you can even hide some of the files from your clients and have them available to member of your team only.
Version Tracking
When you upload a file for your associates to work on, changes they make will be tracked as new versions of that file. This way everybody can see how a file evolves and what direction it takes. Plus, everyone can comment and express opinion about the process.
Email is one of the best ways to keep up with the projects. That’s why Workflowwill send an email notification to project members when events such as new task creation, new comment or file version occure.
Communicate
Communicate whatever you want to communicate, in whichever style you want to communicate. Use it for both formal and informal discussions. For projects or everyone. Whether it is creating new communications, participating in a live chat, adding files or replying quickly from the dialog view, we have made everything super easy. This increases participation. It will help you get things done without disturbing your team, on the contrary, they will enjoy it! We recommend using Communications even before you start a project / define its structure. It will get you productive right away by simplifying collaboration.
View Reports
Reports will give you startling insights about your team and projects. It shows key performance indicators for your projects in one screen. It is indeed a breakthrough in project management with Workflow. Not only can you view comprehensive reports, but can also initiate actions by sending reminders, follow ups and appreciations from within the reporting screen.
