360 Football Academy provides high school student athletes an experience of a lifetime, to take their football game to the next level and help them achieve everything that they are capable of, on and off the field. The academy is all about combining the best in professional football coaching and education to help students succeed in college and beyond.
We created a fully custom web design for 360 Football Academy. It’s straightforward, bold and sharp, everything you’d expect from a professional athlete. The main feature on the homepage is a banner slider featuring photos and videos of the coaches and athletes. The sidebar displays thumbnails of the different video content uploaded on the site.
360 Football Academy’s website is built on a content management system with multiple integration components. Our web developers have designed a system to easily manage individual pages and sidebar items as well as many other aspects of what makes 360 an incredible technology driven company. Features include the CRM, VoIP telephone system, member specific analytics, student portal, email campaign management and more.
There’s no doubt that 360 Football Academy has a wealth of video content from previous events. Instead of using YouTube, Vimeo or another outside video host, we thought best to utilize Wowza and an Amazon EC2 instance to preserve the clean look/feel that we want for the website. We also optimized and uploaded hundreds of photos from various 360 events around the country.
360′s database includes information on over 20k contacts in their network. Student athlete information includes both scholastic and athletic statistics like GPA, 40 yard dash time, etc. Information may be updated in two different ways: students may update stats within the student portal and 360 staff may update stats from the CRM.
We configured a based VoIP telephone system to handle all inbound and outbound calls for 360 Football Academy. Calls to the 360 hotline are automatically logged into the CRM where representatives receive an onscreen pop when placing or receiving a call so they can easily log additional information into the CRM.
A custom integration component sends applicant data to the CRM from the web-to-lead forms. The development of this plugin allows our developers to quickly create forms and sync the website and CRM. This same component allows payment tracking and student portal data to be tracked with the CRM.

360 Football Academy utilizes our preferred publishing platform for email marketing with social media integration and click through tracking via Google Analytics. We utilize A/B testing campaign deployment, automated drip campaigns, and contact list clean-up.
