What is

Bonum

Bonum Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing a new class of antibody-controlled protein therapeutics that stay inactive in the bloodstream and activate only in specific disease environments. This approach, based on allosteric regulation, allows for precise targeting of therapies, particularly in cancer, minimizing harmful side effects while maximizing treatment efficacy.

Its pipeline includes conditionally active cytokines like IL-2 and IL-12, designed to respond to markers such as PD-1 and PD-L1. Founded by Dr. John Mulligan, Bonum builds on past biotech success and is advancing therapies for cancer and other serious diseases.

The Website

The Bonum Therapeutics website is a clean, modern platform that clearly presents the company’s mission, technology, and pipeline. It’s designed for easy navigation, helping visitors quickly understand Bonum’s innovative work in therapeutics.

Built on WordPress using the Sage 10 theme, the site benefits from a modular, flexible framework that supports custom design, strong performance, and easy content management for future scalability.

This setup lets us work efficiently, keep the codebase maintainable, and ensure the site is fast, secure, and ready to grow with the company. It was a practical and future-proof choice for a forward-thinking biotech brand.
