The Investment Properties Florida website was originally designed and coded by another agency and Johanna Bassols approached Project Assistant to step in for continued development before the PPC Campaign launch to complete remaining design, coding and page speed optimization.

Our design was mobile first, taking into account the fact that the target market for this site are individuals who most likely do a majority of their browsing in mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. The simple, no fuss design loads fast and displays perfectly across a wide array of devices.
The first order of business was to make sure that Johnna’s site provided a user experience to match the high-quality real estate she sold. Functionality was first on the list. We integrated Internet Data Exchange and Multiple Listing Service to display accurate and current real estate listing data on her site. This allows information on Investment Properties Florida to constantly be updated. We also created a custom post type for listing on the site that focused on individual properties.
