You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.

Neither Project Assistant nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation and Termination
You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account.
You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including the (30) Thirty Days notice written notice period prior to and inclusive of full monthly charges for the month which you discontinued service. You will not be charged again.
Project Assistant reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service for any reason, including, if Project Assistant believes that You have violated these Terms of Service.
Project Assistant will use all reasonable efforts to contact You directly via email to warn You prior to suspension or termination of Your account. Project Assistant shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
Copyright and Ownership
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. Missed Service Visit
If you or authorized representative is not at the entrance to the location or incapable of granting the technician access when the service technician arrives, the service technician will be unable to service you. The technician will leave a card or telephone message to let you know he or she was there. If this occurs, you may be charged an additional charge for a follow-up service call.
Project Assistant will charge a $15 fee if an online appointment is scheduled and you are not available for the repair at the scheduled time. Online appointments may be cancelled or re-scheduled anytime before the committed time at no charge.
Project Assistant will charge a $50 fee if you request for an on-site service visit and wish to cancel the order. If a technician arrives at the Client’s location at the scheduled time and you are not available, you will be charged for the full amount.
You agree that any unpaid balances that remain on your account will be subject to a 35% collections fee and will be transferred to our collection agency. This applies to declined credit cards, credit card disputes, or any other reason resulting in an unpaid balance.
Authority to grant access
When clicking on our Connect button you acknowledge that by your use of our services you are authorizing Project Assistant to access and control your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair.
Project Assistant may download, install, take control of your computer, change settings, remove files, and any other necessary actions to complete the support request. You agree that the Provider shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage including data loss while receiving our services.
Cooperate with phone analyst and on-site technician
You agree to cooperate with and follow the instructions given by Project Assistant phone analyst and its on-site technicians.
Where Services require on-site performance, you must provide free, safe and sufficient access to Customer’s facilities and the Supported Product(s). Sufficient access includes ample working space, electricity, and a local telephone line. A monitor or display, a mouse (or pointing device), and keyboard must also be provided (at no cost to Project Assistant), if the system does not already include these items.
Warranties & Liabilities
Project Assistant ensures a (14) fourteen day warranty for remote services provided, along with a guarantee that if Project Assistant is unable to resolve the problem, you will be refunded payment. Once a service is started, Project Assistant must attempt all possible solutions before issuing a refund. If you request to stop the service in the middle of a repair prior to all possible solutions being applied the charge will not be refunded. If during the (10) ten-day warranty period from the completion of service the same problem comes back, then Project Assistant will attempt to correct the problem again at no charge. If Project Assistant is still unable to resolve the problem then you will be refunded the full amount paid.
Project Assistant has a (14) fourteen day warranty for on-site services provided. If a problem that has been resolved returns during this point, and the cause is determined to not be the fault of the user, Project Assistant will either send a technician back to your location or attempt to resolve the problem remotely. If Project Assistant is not able to determine the problem or offer a solution, you will only be charged (50) Fifty percent of the on-site service fee for the time spent working on the issue.
By signing the work order page you agree that the technician was onsite during the times listed, and for the Client’s credit card to be charged for the full amount quoted during the Client’s consultation call.
Onsite Service Fee’s are non refundable.
On-Site Service Liability
Project Assistant provides onsite in-home service. You agree that Project Assistant shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage including data loss while receiving our services. All repairs on your computer must be completed at your location and equipment should not be removed for any reason. If you allow equipment to be removed by the technician, Project Assistant shall not be held liable for an damage or theft.
Important additional information
Commercially reasonable limits to scope of service
Project Assistant may refuse to provide Services if, in its opinion, providing the Services creates an unreasonable risk to Project Assistant or Project Assistant’s Service providers or is beyond the scope of Services. Project Assistant is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. Service extends only to uses for which the Technical Support was designed.
Optional services (including point-of–need support, installation, consulting, managed, and professional, support or training services) may be available for purchase from Project Assistant and will vary by Customer location. Optional services may require a separate agreement with Project Assistant. In the absence of such agreement, optional services are provided pursuant to this Agreement.
